DAY CARE CENTER LÁVKA

Day Care Center Lávka has been operating at the Neratov Association since September 1, 2019. We are an ambulance social service that provides social services to people who have reduced self-sufficiency due to combined mental and physical disabilities and whose situation requires the assistance of another person. Our goal is to help these people live free, independent, and responsible lives.

MISSION SERVICES PROVIDED

The mission of the Day Care Center Lávka outpatient social service is to provide quality professional assistance and support to people with multiple disabilities (including those with autism spectrum disorders) and people with mental disabilities aged 7 to 64.

Through cooperation and an individualized approach, we develop and strengthen their personal, social, self-care, and work abilities and skills. Together, we strive to integrate them into mainstream society as much as possible so that they can live as normal a life as possible.

TARGET GROUP

We provide assistance to individuals:

  • with mental disabilities
  • with multiple disabilities (this also includes people with autism spectrum disorders)

from the Hradec Králové and Pardubice regions who have reduced self-sufficiency, limited contact with society, and need regular help and support from another person.

The age structure of the target group ranges from 7 to 64 years.

OBJECTIVES OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED

    • Upevnit a rozvíjet spolupráci s pečujícími osobami, dalšími institucemi a návaznými službami.
